Co-Founder
Aditya Pachpande has established himself as a formidable force in innovation and entrepreneurship. As the co-founder of NextGenInnov8 Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and NextGenInnov8 Social Foundation, he created five thriving communities - ASMA, Digital HR, SMX, ADMH, and Family Business Forum. His ingenuity emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic with the SURAKSHA BOX, a UVC light sterilization device that earned him a patent from the Government of India and recognition from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Currently pursuing his undergraduate studies at Boston College majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Aditya's academic journey includes studying at Stanford, Harvard, Oxford, and Babson University. A prominent thought leader, he holds the distinction of being the youngest speaker at BECon 2019 at IIT Delhi and has spoken at numerous international events including the AWS Imagine Conference and ET Global Business Summit.
Recently awarded the 'Youngest Entrepreneur Award 2024' at the DCCIA Conclave, Aditya has trained over 10,000 students in IPR. With strategic partnerships and a world record for assembling UVC kits, he continues to shape the future of global education and innovation, inspiring the next generation to tackle world challenges head-on.
Co-Founder
Aditi Pachpande is a remarkable 14-year-old changemaker and co-founder of NextGenInnov8, a platform that nurtures innovation and entrepreneurship among young minds by providing them with a stage to share their ideas and experiences. Having been the youngest speaker at the World Student Innovation Summit twice, Aditi is committed to making a meaningful impact on society through her passion for innovation, sustainability, and social change.

​Aditi has been actively involved in various humanitarian projects, including COVID-19 relief efforts, promoting climate change awareness, and championing sustainable living. Her unwavering drive and dedication have garnered recognition and accolades from various quarters.

​To further hone her skills, Aditi has pursued prestigious educational programs such as the Harvard Student Agencies' Innovation and Entrepreneurship program and the Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship program at Oxford University, social entrepreneurship program from Northwestern and is now doing a Wharton economics course. As a co-founder NextGenInnov8, Aditi continues to inspire and empower young innovators to make a difference at different stages of IIT madras, ICCI and other summits, demonstrating that age is no barrier when it comes to creating a positive impact on the world..
